RESERVATION POLICIES
If the reservation If the reservation is made more than one month prior to arrival date, we request 30% to guarantee the reservation and full payment two weeks in advance.
If the reservation If the reservation is made two weeks or less prior to arrival, a payment of 100% of the total amount is required to guarantee the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel If the reservation is made one month before the date of the activity, the credit will be reimbursed minus 25% of the administrative costs.
If the cancellation is made within one month of the date of admission, no refund will be given. Only if there is a problem of force majeure will a change of date be allowed.
PAYMENT POLICY
Cash: Payment in cash will be made at the WEKAIN office located on Soasti Street between Quito and Riobamba in the city of Macas.
Bank transfer: Account number: 2100123629 Current account / WEKAIN ECOTOUR TOUR OPERADORA WEKCOM C.L / Banco del Pichincha. In case of bank deposits, you must send the ballot to the following e-mail address wekainecotour@gmail.com or to our whatapp 0963072179 indicating the reason for the reservation: names and date.

GENERAL POLICIES
Behavioral policies
Always follow the guide's instructions.
The entrance and consumption of alcoholic beverages or psychotropic substances is prohibited in the activities proposed in the itinerary and inside the lodging places.
The entry of weapons or inappropriate behavior within the tours is prohibited.
It is not permitted to extract plant and animal species from the visitor sites.
Tourists accept the charges in case of damage inside the recreation sites, green areas, lodging or community cabins.
In the event that tourists handle our company's equipment inappropriately and damage it, they will have to pay the cost of the repair.
Our company does not control the weather, therefore, schedules and/or activities may be modified in case of heavy rains.
Pets are not allowed on tour days.
Socio-environmental policies
Tourists will commit to taking care of the environment and not littering.
Visitors should not write, stain, or make any kind of graffiti on stones, trees or support equipment as this affects the natural landscape.
Respect local knowledge.
Respect members of indigenous communities and their cultural manifestations.
Responsibility Policies
In the event of non-compliance with these clauses, the guides will make a decision regarding the infraction committed and in the worst case, the contract will be terminated without the right to a refund.
In the event of an emergency and visitors are unable to complete the activities within the tour days, no refund will be made.
WEKAIN ECOTOUR is not responsible for any type of accident that may occur during our tours. Passengers are recommended to listen to their guides, read and observe the different types of recommendations and suggestions on safety and behavior rules.
WEKAIN ECOTOUR is not responsible for the loss of items left outside our offices. In the event that WEKAIN ECOTOUR staff finds forgotten items in any of our facilities, WEKAIN will hold the forgotten items for a period of 1 month. WEKAIN will keep the forgotten items for a period of 1 month. After this time they will be donated to a charitable foundation.
